About Ulf Herrströmer, author of The Telephone Voice, a  typical Nordic Noir novel.

As a recently retired railway-and rehabilitation doctor and, to his surprise, the winner of a limerick contest among Swedish doctors the other year, this novel´s author Ulf Herrströmer found that it was easy to write funny verses and fiction. Since then he has written and published two limerick books and now his first crime novel, The Telephone Voice, about an Irish policeman, Chief Inspector Bill Hardwick born in Dublin. The thrilling book was published in English last month as an e-book and now also as paperback at the amazon webbshop. It is a typical Nordic Noir book.
Please spread this among your friends and acquaintances. If you and some of your friends meet to order three books or more, an order over U.S. $ 35, shipping is free from Charleston in South Carolina where amazon print these books.
Below you will find a direct link to the book site on amazon.com where it is easy to click and switch between paperback and e – book(Kindle Edition). The book has already got some good reviews as the one here below.

A short review of our thrilling novel The Telephone Voice

Our world today is shrinking rapidly. Global communication reduces the distance and boundaries between countries and continents. The dark side of world trade and global commerce is global crime. The illegal transactions with criminal big business is done with brute force and without regard for national laws or ordinary people. This book, The Telephone Voice, the first novel by Ulf Herrströmer, Sweden, located in our modern world, and tells of an international crime gang, which recognizes no limits to its boldness. The battle between them and the police are described in detail. As a reader you cannot be indifferent to this realistic story about the difficult and dangerous police - work. An Irish policeman, Chief Inspector Bill Hardwick, is the focus, and we follow him and his colleges in Sweden and Ireland in their tireless pursuit of the robbers.
The portrait of Bill Hardwick is very well done. He is a sympathetic and caring police officer, father, husband and colleague. You cannot help liking him. He is not a superman, but just a plain good guy, coping evil forces. He is our hero depends so much on his warm and caring personality, his skill and courage as a police officer. The problem with the reader of "The Telephone Voice" is that you cannot stop reading until the end of the story!
